| avid Xpress is a program that can be used to create virtual sets. Either from avid Xpress's native chromakey plugin or via a separate 3rd party plugin, avid Xpress provides the tools neccesary to create a virtual set. A virtual set in avid Xpress is comprised of the chromakeyed talent and the virtual set background. avid Xpress is used to import the virtual set background and the unchromakeyed footage and merge them together with different camera angles to give the illusion that the talent is in a real set. avid Xpress is an essential component to the virtual set process in that it enables the user to bring all the virtual set elements together in one program. |
